What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order made in advance to reserve the product that is currently unavailable. Instead of shipping out an order right away like we normally do, pre-orders only ship once the product is restocked. The approximate shipping date is shown on the product page. 

When will pre-orders ship?

As the product is currently unavailable, it will not ship right away. Please refer to the approximate shipping date provided on the product page. 

I've just ordered an item that is on pre-order. When will my credit card be charged?

The payment is processed immediately once the order is placed. Now that you've paid and reserved your product, you will receive an order confirmation receipt email from us. Please check your spam/trash bin if you do not receive the email within 10 minutes of placing the order. 

Next, you're just waiting for your shipping confirmation email once the pre-order items are restocked. Please make sure future emails from us do not end up in your spam/trash bin! Add "" to your contacts. 

I have both pre-order items and other items in my shopping cart. Can I purchase both of them at the same time?

Yes! If both pre-order items and regular items are purchased in the same order, the entire order will not ship until the pre-order items are restocked and available to ship altogether. 

If you would like certain products shipped separately, please place separate orders.
