Imperfection: The bamboo lids each have a bit missing. The left one got chipped off the top, and the right one is missing a chunk on the bottom but this does not affect the suction. It's still great! Each glass has small scratches and scuffs on the outside. The rose gold stainless steel straws are flat on both ends. One cleaning brush is included.
