Both glasses have superficial scratches. Both bamboo lids have minor scratches.
There's nothing wrong with the straws and brush. Both rose gold straws are flat on both ends and 1 cleaning brush is included.

CLEANING
We recommend hand washing all parts with soap and water before first use. Air dry quickly to prevent mold on bamboo. Do not put in dishwasher. Wash bamboo lids immediately after use so they don't sit wet.
