Imperfection: both glasses have small marks, scuffs, and one has a tiny chip on the outside. One bamboo lid has a narrow crack on the bottom, and much diligence is needed to dry the product immediately after use to prevent mold. The other lid is fine, just has a superficial scratch on the top. Personally, we have used similar lids with a crack on the bottom for over 1 year, at least 4x a month, and the product is still looking new! Both stainless steel straws are flat on both ends. The cleaning brush is perfect.
